Privacy Policy

CRP45 REGEN Sdn Bhd (1619935-M) (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This notice explains how we handle your personal data under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 of Malaysia.

What we collect

Your account details: name, mobile number (which is your account identifier), email address and password.
Your delivery addresses, including any addresses you save in your address book.
Your orders, payment status and delivery details, and your member category (Normal Member or VIP).
If you reach us through a Marketing Advisor (MA) link or enter an MA number, a cookie and a record that remember which MA introduced you.
Product reviews you write and any photos you upload with them.
If you apply to become an MA: your name as per NRIC, preferred name, date of birth, gender, ethnicity, preferred language, marital status, mobile number, email, mailing and billing address, the name and number of the MA who introduced you, and your bank name and account number.

Why we use it

To create and manage your account, take your orders, deliver them, and give you customer service.
To show you the right prices for your membership.
To credit your purchases to your MA and to calculate and pay MA commission.
To review MA applications and pay approved MAs.
To show your reviews on the product page.
To keep our records and meet our accounting and legal duties.

Photos you upload with a review

Photos are stored as you upload them, including any information your phone saved inside the file, such as the date and the location where the photo was taken. We do not remove it. If you do not want your location to be stored, please remove it from the photo or leave the photo out. Photos are shown on the product page only after our team has approved them.

Who we share it with

Our payment gateway, FIUU, which processes your payment. Your card details are entered on FIUU’s payment page and are not stored by us.
Our fulfilment partner, SiteGiant, and the warehouse and courier that pack and deliver your order, who receive your name, phone number, address and order.
Your Marketing Advisor, if you are linked to one: the MA can see the purchases credited to them.
Our member records systems. Your member details are kept in step with the member records held in our point-of-sale system and in Jodoo, so that purchases in store and online belong to the same member.
Authorities, when the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as you have an account and as long as we need it for your orders, accounting and legal duties.

Your choices and rights

You may ask to see the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where the law allows. You may also withdraw your consent, although we may then be unable to serve you. You can update your name, email and addresses in My Account. Your mobile number is your account identifier, so to change it please contact us.

You can also choose not to give us some data, but we need the details marked above to process an order or an MA application.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in, hold your cart and remember an MA referral. You can block cookies in your browser, but parts of the store may then not work.
