This page explains how your CRP45 order reaches you. If you have a question that is not answered here, please contact us.

Where we deliver

We deliver within Malaysia, to West Malaysia and to East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak).

Delivery fees

• West Malaysia: delivery is currently free.
• Sabah and Sarawak: the delivery fee is based on the weight of your parcel.

The delivery fee for your address is always shown at checkout, before you pay. Prices and fees are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).

How your order is sent

You need an account to place an order. Once your payment is confirmed, our warehouse packs your order and arranges the courier. Once your parcel is shipped, it is given a tracking number.

Changing your delivery details

For a short time after you check out, you can change your delivery details on your order from My Account. The time left is shown on your order. The postcode, state and country cannot be changed, because they decide your delivery fee. If your address is wrong, or the time has passed, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please check that your address and phone number are complete and correct before you place your order, so the courier can reach you.

Questions about a delivery

If your parcel is late, damaged or missing, contact us with your order number and we will help you with it.
