These terms apply when you use this website and buy from it. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to them.

Who we are

This website is operated by CRP45 REGEN Sdn Bhd (1619935-M), the seller of the products on this site. See our Contact Us page for how to reach us.

Your account

You need an account to place an order. Each account is tied to one mobile number, and one mobile number can have only one account. Please give us correct details and keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Prices and member pricing

Prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Sign in to see your own price, which depends on your membership: a Normal Member pays the normal price, and a VIP member receives the member discount shown to them. If a product is on sale at a price lower than your member price, you pay the lower price. We may change prices at any time, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay for that order.

Orders and payment

An order is placed when you complete checkout and your payment is confirmed. Payments are processed by our payment gateway, FIUU. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a payment cannot be confirmed, and we will tell you if we do.

Exchanges, refunds and cancellations

Please read our Returns & Refunds page. Returns are handled as exchanges, and refunds are handled by our customer service team.

Reviews

You may post a review, with photos, of products you have bought. Please keep reviews honest and respectful. You give us permission to show your review and photos on this website. We may hide or remove a review or photo that is abusive, misleading or not about the product.

Marketing Advisor (MA) programme

Becoming a Marketing Advisor is by application. The MA programme is governed by its own Terms and Conditions, which are shown on the application form and which you must agree to when you apply. These website terms do not replace them.

Intellectual property

The content of this website, including text, images, logos and product information, belongs to us or our partners. Please do not copy or reuse it without our written permission.

Our responsibility

We take care to keep the information on this website accurate and the site available, but we cannot promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent allowed by Malaysian law, our liability to you is limited, and nothing in these terms removes any right you have under Malaysian consumer law.
